Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Nairobi and surrounding areas. If you are outside Nairobi, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Method

We use on-demand delivery partners such as Uber, Bolt, and independent riders to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Delivery Time

Most orders within Nairobi are delivered within same day or 1–6 hours, depending on order time and location.

Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or rider availability.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are set by Paka & Co and may vary depending on your location.

Please note:

• The delivery fee charged is not necessarily equal to the rider cost
• Delivery fees help cover handling, packaging, and logistics coordination
• Delivery charges are communicated at checkout or confirmed before dispatch

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

• Customer unavailable
• Incorrect address
• Unreachable phone number

A redelivery fee will apply.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday during working hours. Orders placed outside these hours may be processed the next working day.

Delivery Responsibility

Once dispatched, we coordinate closely with the rider to ensure smooth delivery, however minor delays may occur.
